Fiscal Year Budget

This document sets forth the operating and capital budgets for CenCal Health, and presents the utilization rate and unit cost assumptions used in developing the medical expense budget. The operating budget consists of individual budgets by program and a consolidated operating budget.

CenCal Health will administer and operate the Medi-Cal health care program during 2021-2022.

Audited Financial Statements

The financial statements of CenCal Health report financial information about CenCal Health using accounting methods in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted (GAAP) in the United States of America and governmental accounting and financial reporting standards. CenCal Health engages an independent auditor to conduct an audit of the financial statements and attest to the fairness of presentation of the financial statements and related disclosures.
