CenCal Health’s Member Services Department has highly trained staff that is dedicated to providing outstanding service to our membership, providers throughout the network and community partners while advocating on behalf of members. The Member Services Team resolves complex member issues and helps members understand their benefits, how to use their benefits and assistance with issues such as:

  • Benefit questions
  • Eligibility concerns
  • Billing issues
  • Accessing care by helping with scheduling appointments
  • Provider inquiries
  • Service recovery through complaints and appeals
  • Arranging Interpreter services
  • Transportation
  • Eligibility determination for SB Healthy Kids program
  • Translation of member materials and letters
  • Liaisons with community programs and agencies
  • Helping members find and select a Primary Care Physician
