New Behavioral Health Integration January 1, 2022
CenCal Health is committed to improve the health and wellbeing of our community. In an effort to focus more closely on whole person care, CenCal Health has elected to transition the Behavioral Health benefit in-house effective January 1, 2022.
Billing of Claims
Effective March 1st , CenCal Health will be processing claims with 2021 and 2022 Dates of Service. These claims should be submitted to CenCal Health, not The Holman Group. If a claim with these dates of service has already been submitted to Holman and you have not received a response, please contact the CenCal Health Claims department for assistance. Claims can be submitted to CenCal Health on the portal, electronically or via paper. If you need assistance with the portal, or have any questions please feel free to give us a call at 800-421-2560 ext. 1083. We are here to help.

Electronic Submission is preferred.

File Transport Security
CenCal Health supports file transfers by FTP, FTPS and SFTP. If sending files using FTP, the files must be secured using PGP. Click here to download CenCal Health’s public key.
Web Portal Submission:
CenCal Health has implemented electronic billing through our web portal. Submitting a “clean claim” is important in order for your claim to be considered by CenCal Health for payment. These tutorials will teach you how to utilize the main Claims Entry Home Screen Dashboard, and enter a CMS-1500 Claim Form. Visit our Provider Portal to get started.
