Quality of Care

CenCal Health staff works with our provider network to improve the quality of care received by our members. We monitor our performance through member and provider surveys, as well as annual HEDIS® audits.

We identify performance barriers where delivery of appropriate or timely care falls short of meeting national benchmarks. Once barriers are identified, our Population Health team develops improvement and intervention plans to ensure members receive timely, appropriate, and high quality care.

CenCal Health also aims to provide our contracted providers with the tools and information they need to deliver high quality health care to our members. Please refer to the pages within this section for more information.
