Quality of Care

CenCal Health staff strives to improve the quality of care received by its members. We monitor our performance through member and provider surveys, as well as annual HEDIS audits.

We identify barriers that may have prevented delivery of appropriate or timely care for areas where our performance falls short of national benchmarks. Once any barriers are identified, interventions are implemented by the Population Health team and other staff to ensure members receive timely, appropriate, and high quality care.

CenCal Health also aims to provide our contracted providers with the tools and information they need to deliver high quality health care to our members. Please refer to the pages within this section for more information.
