CenCal Health members getting their 1st COVID-19 vaccine receive $50!

Get your 1st COVID-19 vaccine before March 1, 2022 & receive a $50 gift card for obtaining your first dose of a two-dose vaccine or your first/only dose of a one-dose vaccine.

• The $50 gift card will be mailed to you at your mailing address on file once CenCal Health gets a record of your vaccination from the Immunization Registry. There is nothing for you to send us. It is that easy! (Please be patient, as it may take several months to receive your gift card.)
• All CenCal Health members 5 years and older are eligible to receive a gift card for receiving their first dose of a two-dose vaccine or their first/only dose of a one-dose vaccine.
• If you have previously had 1 or 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, before October 15, 2021, you are not eligible to receive a gift card.
• The gift card cannot be used to purchase tobacco, alcohol, or firearms.

It is that easy! Remember to schedule your second dose after you get your first dose. No gift card will be mailed for the second dose.
