Once you have registered with our Provider Services Department to obtain a User Name and Password, you will have the access to the Portal.If you already have a User Name and Password, you may directly access the Eligibility Verification Portal here. Once you have verified eligibility and find the member to be eligible, you are ready for the next step: Billing.
